Improved Survival For Men With Localized Prostate Cancer: Six Months Hormonal Treatment Combined With Radiation

Based on new research, men with localized prostate cancer but at high risk for metastasis, have better outcomes if they are treated with radiation combined with androgen deprivation therapy which decreases testosterone, thus reducing chance for tumor spread and growth. Read the article.
